Get crispy coatings on your chicken, potatoes and vegetables without frying using Gage's classic Crispy Coating Mix. Trans fat free!




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Crispy Oven Fry Coating
  • 14.125 lbs Cooked Chicken Pieces
  • 12 Eggs (for egg wash)
  • 12 oz Water (for egg wash)

Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 400¦F.
  2. Coat thawed chicken pieces generously with egg wash or milk wash. (Make egg wash from 12 eggs and 12 oz water - well beaten).
  3. Pour contents of this can onto suitable work surface. Roll and coat chicken pieces generously with "Crispy Oven Fry".
  4. Place in single layers, on a well greased 18 x 26"" sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.


Coats approximately 113 pieces of chicken.
