Good chili is all about the spice and Gage puts a lot of it in our Chili Seasoning Mix.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #2.5 can Gage Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 9 1/4 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef
  • 2 #10 cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 13 lbs Kidney or Pinto Beans (undrained)

Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP OR STEAMKETTLE METHOD:

  1. Brown 13 lbs ground beef (drain).
  2. Stir in 2 #10 cans of Crushed Tomatoes (13 lbs) plus contents of this container. Stir.
  3. Add 13 lbs Kidney Beans or Pinto Beans (undrained). Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve.


TO MAKE WITHOUT TOMATOES: Follow directions above but replace tomatoes with 3 1/4 quarts of water.
