Make your own salsa with diced tomatoes and this flavor-packed mix. Also can be used to add a quick flavor boost to your Mexican style dishes.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #2.5 can Gage Salsa Seasoning Mix
  • 6 #10 cans Chopped, Crushed, or Diced Whole Tomatoes

Basic Recipe Directions:
FULL BATCH SALSA:

  1. Blend this can with 6 #10 cans of chopped, crushed, or diced whole tomatoes.
  2. Allow to stand (refrigerated) at least 2 hours before serving.

SMALL BATCH SALSA:
  1. Blend 3/4 cup Gage Salsa Seasoning to 1 #10 can tomatoes.
  2. Allow to stand (refrigerated) at least 2 hours before serving.


FULL BATCH TACO SAUCE:
  1. Blend this can with 3 #10 cans tomato paste and 5 gallons water.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

SMALL BATCH TACO SAUCE:
  1. Blend 1 cup Gage Salsa Seasoning with 1 #10 can tomato paste and 6 quarts water.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
