Chewy Cinnamon Granola Bar Mix

Basic Recipe Ingredients:
BAKE METHOD

• 1 #10 can Gage Chewy Cinnamon Granola Bar Mix
• 2 lbs (8 cups) Flour
• 2 lbs (4 cups) Sugar
• 6 lbs Butter, or Margarine
• 2 lbs Peanut Butter
• 6 lbs Rolled Oats

• 1 #10 can Gage Chewy Cinnamon Granola Bar Mix
• 9 lbs Peanut Butter
• 8 lbs Honey
• 6 lbs Rolled Oats

Basic Recipe Directions:
BAKE METHOD:

1. Combine can, flour, and sugar, and mix at low speed with a paddle or dough hook until uniform.
2. Add butter or margarine, peanut butter, and oats. Mix at low speed until mixture forms a ball.
3. Divide mixture into 2 equal parts and press each part into a greased full sheet pan.
4. Bake in a preheated 350¦F oven for 25 minutes. Let cool at least 2 hours before serving.

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer. Using a paddle or dough hook, mix on low speed until uniform.
2. Divide dough into 3 equal parts and press into 3 full sheet pans.
3. Chill in a cooler for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
