Turn plain mashed potatoes into a restaurant quality side dish using our Double Cheese and Bacon Potato Mates. Great cheddar and bacon flavor.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

3 1/2 oz (1/2 cup heaping) Gage Double Cheese & Bacon Potato Mates
10 lbs Mashed Potatoes

Basic Recipe Directions:
To add special flavor to your mashed potatoes simply add Gage Potato Mates to your finished mashed potatoes* as follows:

To each 10 lbs finished mashed potatoes add 3 1/2 oz (1/2 cup - heaping) of Gage Potato Mates.
Whip into potatoes 2 - 3 minutes and serve. (If needed, add additional liquid/butter to achieve desired consistency.)

This can will flavorfully season 60 lbs of mashed potatoes. *Note - when preparing your potatoes omit adding salt.
