Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Fudge Brownie Mix
- 3 1/2 cups Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
Combine mix and water. Mix on low speed until all powder has been wetted. (approx. 30 seconds)
Scrape batter into a greased and floured pan.
Thin Style (2”x2”) 18” x 26” baking pan
Bake in a 350º F convection oven for 12 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.
Deep Dish (1”x2”) 12” x 20” steam table pan
Bake in a 350º F convection oven for 25 to 35 minutes until tests done with a toothpick.
Cool and slice into pieces.
Brownies are more wonderfully moist the second
day as the wheat bran has had more time to soften.
