Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3.5 cups Water

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Combine mix and water. Mix on low speed until all powder has been wetted. (approx. 30 seconds)

  2. Scrape batter into a greased and floured pan.

    3. Thin Style - 18” x 26” baking pan

    Bake in a 350º F convection oven for 12 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.

    Deep Dish - 12” x 20” steam table pan

    Bake in a 350º F convection oven for 25 to 35 minutes until tests done with a toothpick.

  3. Cool and slice into pieces.

    4. Brownies are more wonderfully moist the second day as the wheat bran has had more time to soften.
