Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 package Golden Choice Sugar Free Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
- Empty contents of package into mixer bowl and add 4 oz. of water (1/2 cup) to mix.
- Using paddle, mix on low speed for 1 minute.
- Using a #40 scoop, drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.

For Standard Oven: Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
For Convection Oven: Bake at 325 degrees F with FAN OFF for 7 minutes; then with FAN ON bake 8 more minutes or until done.
