Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- Golden Choice Custard Mix
- 4 quarts Skim Milk
Basic Recipe Directions:
- Whisk together 1 quart milk and 1 bag Custard mix. Set aside.
- Pour remaining 3 quarts milk into a large pan and heat to scalding (180-200 degrees F)
- Add Custard mix/milk. Bring back to scalding. Whisk for 2 to 3 minutes while scalding.
- Pour into serving dishes (mixture will thicken upon standing). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
