With only 1g of sugar our custard mix is the perfect building block for creating extra-special desserts or to be enjoyed all on its own.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

Golden Choice Custard Mix
4 quarts Skim Milk

Basic Recipe Directions:

Whisk together 1 quart milk and 1 bag Custard mix. Set aside.
Pour remaining 3 quarts milk into a large pan and heat to scalding (180-200 degrees F)
Add Custard mix/milk. Bring back to scalding. Whisk for 2 to 3 minutes while scalding.
Pour into serving dishes (mixture will thicken upon standing). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
