Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can LunchWell Chicken Pomodoro
- 4.5 lbs Cooked and Diced Chicken
- 3 qts Boiling Water
- 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- In a full size, 4 inch deep steam table pan, combine the chicken, tomatoes, contents of can, and boiling water.
- Cover pan with foil and bake in a preheated 400¦F oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and gently stir; replace foil.
- Allow to stand 30 minutes before serving.
