Chicken & Dumpling Bread Bowl

Chicken & Dumpling Bread Bowl makes a great high ticket a la carte item, or can be used for any upscale catering event.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Country Dumpling Dinner Mix
  • 5 lbs Cooked and Diced Chicken
  • 5 lbs Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 4 qts Boiling Water
  • 50 Bread Bowls

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. In a deep steamtable pan, combine contents of can, diced chicken, mixed vegetables, and boiling water.
  2. Stir to combine, cover, and bake in a 350¦ F oven for 45 minutes or until bubbling.
  3. Remove from oven and stir.
  4. Once cooled slightly, ladle into bread bowls and serve.
