This creatively light version of classic pumpkin pie is good enough to be served year-round. Works great with pumpkin pie filling, pureed pumpkin, or canned sweet potatoes.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Graham Cracker Crumb Mix
  • 1 #10 can Gage Fruit Mate
  • 3 qts Cold Water
  • 3 #10 cans Thoughoughly Drained Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 #2.5 can Gage Kreme Whip Topping, prepared as directed

Basic Recipe Directions:
"NO BAKE METHOD:

  1. Evenly divide crumb mix into 4 half pans and firmly press into an even layer. Place in a preheated oven for 5 minutes to set. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  2. Prepare Fruit Mate as directed using 3 quarts water.
  3. While the Fruit Mate is whipping, mash drained sweet potatoes together with the spices and powdered sugar.
  4. With the mixer on slow speed, gradually add the mashed potato mixture into the Fruit Mate. Return mixer to high speed and whip for 1 minute.
  5. Pour mixture over crusts, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
