Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Cheesecake Mix
- 2 1/2 qts Cold Milk
- 5 lbs (7 cups) Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 64 oz (1 can) Gage Graham Cracker Crumb Mix
Basic Recipe Directions:
" - Pour crumbs into 1 full sheet pan and firmly press into an even layer. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 5 minutes to set crust. Allow to cool completely.
- Drain excess liquid, if any, from cranberry sauce. Then melt in a suitable container, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
- Using 2 1/2 qts cold milk, prepare cheesecake mix according to package directions.
- Assemble the cake by spreading the melted and cooled cranberry sauce over the baked crumb base. Then top with cheesecake mixture and spread evenly to distribute.
- Sprinkle top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
