Cranberries go to waste no more! Berry Stripe Cheesecake is the perfect way to use up your excess fresh, frozen, and canned cranberries! Your picky eaters will never know.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Cheesecake Mix
  • 2 1/2 qts Cold Milk
  • 5 lbs (7 cups) Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 64 oz (1 can) Gage Graham Cracker Crumb Mix

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Pour crumbs into 1 full sheet pan and firmly press into an even layer. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 5 minutes to set crust. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Drain excess liquid, if any, from cranberry sauce. Then melt in a suitable container, stirring until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Using 2 1/2 qts cold milk, prepare cheesecake mix according to package directions.
  4. Assemble the cake by spreading the melted and cooled cranberry sauce over the baked crumb base. Then top with cheesecake mixture and spread evenly to distribute.
  5. Sprinkle top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
