If you have ordered from us before, you know that most orders ship within 3 days. We do our very best to make that happen, because you have better things to do than worry about "When is my order coming!!!" In most cases, you are small business people, and know that "time is money!"

When an order is placed, and your credit card is charged, you will immediately receive an email confirmation from us. Next, you will receive another email when the order has left our plant. All orders are shipped UPS Ground.

× Thank you for your interest in our sugar free drink mixes! We have been shipping our sugar free drink mix to Canada for a number of months. Most of our customers are in the Quebec area, and we have developed a standard price of $70.78 USD per case for shipping to that area. This includes all transportation duty and taxes! Delivery is generally made within a week. That price is good for orders anywhere in Quebec or Ontario. The only catch is this: the order size must be between 30 and 36 cases. The lower limit (30 cases) gets us into a weight class where we receive a favorable freight rate. The upper limit is so that we can cross the border under the new NAFTA rules. If you need a smaller quantity - Another option which many of our Canadian customers have used is Stackry. Stackry offers a service where the product is shipped to a border location (a drop box). Then, you (the customer) pay the duties, taxes and freight from that point into Canada. I cannot vouch for them, except to say that a number of our customers have been using them repeatedly. To use this service, you enter the Stackry address for both billing and shipping on our website and that will allow shipping and payment to go thru. So - depending upon your order size, we definitely have a solution for you. We have had an incredible number of inquiries from Australia about our products. Unfortunately the only way to have our products shipped to Australia right now is to use My US (https://www.myus.com/). We had been doing large direct shipments (30 case minimum) through DHL, but your Customs department has become very cranky lately...causing interminable delays. However, MyUs shipments appear to be going through just fine. We are working on a better solution, but at present that is the best we can offer. We will let you know as soon as anything changes!
