It may not be the blue box, but it's the closest we've found in the marketplace. Gage's Macaroni & Cheese Mix contains semi-large elbow macaroni noodles and a cheese sauce mix that will certainly meet the standards of your patrons, young and old alike.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Macaroni & Cheese Mix
  • 1 gallon Boiling Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Water or Milk
  • 3/4 lb (12 oz) Butter or Margarine

Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP OR KETTLE METHOD:

  1. Bring 1 gallon water to a boil, stir in the macaroni, and cook for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Add milk, dry cheese mix, and butter. Combine thouroughly.
  3. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.


  4. Yield: 24~1/2 cup (4 oz) servings
