It may not be the blue box, but it's the closest we've found in the marketplace. Gage's Macaroni & Cheese Mix is a classic combination of elbow macaroni and high quality cheddar cheese. Just add milk and butter.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 13 lb bag Gage Macaroni & Cheese Mix
  • 10 gallons Boiling Water
  • 7 cups Water or Milk
  • 3 lbs Butter or Margarine

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. In a suitable container bring 10 gallons water to a boil.
  2. Add macaroni and cook 10-12 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain well.
  3. Add cheese mix, 7 cups water or milk, and 3 lbs butter. Stir to combine.
