FOR COMMODITY GROUND BEEF:

- Use 1/3 of 10 lb Commodity Ground Beef (2.22 lbs Cooked and Drained)
- 2.5 qts Boiling Water (releases the starch ensuring a firm noodle)

- 2.28 lbs (37 oz) Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:

In a full size steam table pan, combine Gage NEW RECIPE Lasagna Seasoning Mix with Tomato Paste.

Fold in Cooked Ground Beef, then fold in Lasagna Noodles.

Add Boiling Water, quickly stir to combine, cover with aluminum foil, and IMMEDIATELY place in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir to ensure any exposed noodles are submerged.

Top with cheese and return to oven for 3-5 minutes
