Gage Lasagna Dinner Mix includes mini mafalda noodles and a Romano, garlic, and onion herb sauce. Not only does it taste great, it requires less effort than scratch and has a lower finished cost than heat and serve alternatives.

We have made some significant changes to our Gage Lasagna for the 2009-2010 school year! You gave us advice and we listened!

We have...

  • Improved the Pasta!
Our new enriched durum semolina pasta has more egg whites so your product stays firmer longer

  • Increased the Ratio of Sauce to Noodles
Giving you bigger and bolder Gage Lasagna flavor in every bite.

  • Adjusted the Recipe!
Our Lasagna now bakes in 12 minutes AND you use less ground beef, lowering your overall cost for 2 oz Meat.

  • Lowered our Yield per Can from 50 to 35!
Preventing noodle breakage AND making the pan easier to handle

  • Kept our Cost per Serving the Same!
Your cost is still only $0.21 per serving and your new case cost has been reduced to just $43.64.

  • Maintained the $3.00 Pre-Book per Case!
Giving you 30% more savings when using Gage's NEW Lasagna Dinner Mix.
