Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Crispy Oven Fry Coating
- 14.125 lbs Cooked Chicken Pieces
- 12 Eggs (for egg wash)
- 12 oz Water (for egg wash)
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 400¦F.
- Coat thawed chicken pieces generously with egg wash or milk wash. (Make egg wash from 12 eggs and 12 oz water - well beaten).
- Pour contents of this can onto suitable work surface. Roll and coat chicken pieces generously with "Crispy Oven Fry".
- Place in single layers, on a well greased 18 x 26"" sheet pan.
- Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Coats approximately 113 pieces of chicken.
