Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #2.5 can Gage Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 16.5 lbs Cooked Ground Beef or Diced Chicken
- 1 qt Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP METHOD:
- Brown 15 lbs Ground Beef, drain fat.
- Mix in one container of Fajita Mix plus 1 qt water.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer 5-10 minutes (until water is cooked off).
- Serve on soft (warm) trotillas with sauteed slivered green bell peppers and onions, cheese, lettuce and tomato wedges. (sour cream, salsa, and guacamole are also excellent additions).
