Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #2.5 can Gage Chili Seasoning Mix
- 9 1/4 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef
- 2 #10 cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 13 lbs Kidney or Pinto Beans (undrained)
Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP OR STEAMKETTLE METHOD:
- Brown 13 lbs ground beef (drain).
- Stir in 2 #10 cans of Crushed Tomatoes (13 lbs) plus contents of this container. Stir.
- Add 13 lbs Kidney Beans or Pinto Beans (undrained). Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve.
TO MAKE WITHOUT TOMATOES: Follow directions above but replace tomatoes with 3 1/4 quarts of water.
