Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Gage Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 13 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef
  • 2 #10 cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 #10 cans Undrained Kidney Beans

Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP OR STEAMKETTLE METHOD:

  1. In a suitable container combine ground beef, tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, and 1 lb Gage Chili Seasoning Mix.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
