FULL BATCH SALSA:
- Blend this can with 6 #10 cans of chopped, crushed, or diced whole tomatoes.
- Allow to stand (refrigerated) at least 2 hours before serving.
SMALL BATCH SALSA:
- Blend 3/4 cup Gage Salsa Seasoning to 1 #10 can tomatoes.
- Allow to stand (refrigerated) at least 2 hours before serving.
FULL BATCH TACO SAUCE:
- Blend this can with 3 #10 cans tomato paste and 5 gallons water.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
SMALL BATCH TACO SAUCE:
- Blend 1 cup Gage Salsa Seasoning with 1 #10 can tomato paste and 6 quarts water.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
