Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Bag can Gage Banana Bread Mix
- 10 Eggs
- 1 qt Water
- 6 Crushed Bananas (optional)
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- Add contents of bag, eggs, and water to a suitable mixing bowl. (If desired, you may add in 5 or 6 crushed bananas for extra richness.)
- Mix on low speed approximately 30 seconds with paddle. Scrape down bowl. Mix 30 seconds more.
- Pour batter into 1 greased and floured half pan or 5 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake in a 350¦ oven for approximately 50 minutes.
