A deluxe mix with a delicate banana flavor. No need to add bananas. Great as a side or a breakfast bread.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Banana Bread Mix
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 qt Water
  • 6 Crushed Bananas (optional)

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Add contents of can, eggs, and water to a suitable mixing bowl. (If desired, you may add in 5 or 6 crushed bananas for extra richness.)
  2. Mix on low speed approximately 30 seconds with paddle. Scrape down bowl. Mix 30 seconds more.
  3. Pour batter into 1 greased and floured half pan or 5 greased and floured loaf pans.
  4. Bake in a 350¦ oven for approximately 50 minutes.
