BAKE METHOD
- 1 #10 can Gage Chewy Cinnamon Granola Bar Mix
- 2 lbs (8 cups) Flour
- 2 lbs (4 cups) Sugar
- 6 lbs Butter, or Margarine
- 2 lbs Peanut Butter
- 6 lbs Rolled Oats
NO-BAKE METHOD
- 1 #10 can Gage Chewy Cinnamon Granola Bar Mix
- 9 lbs Peanut Butter
- 8 lbs Honey
- 6 lbs Rolled Oats
Basic Recipe Directions:
BAKE METHOD:
- Combine can, flour, and sugar, and mix at low speed with a paddle or dough hook until uniform.
- Add butter or margarine, peanut butter, and oats. Mix at low speed until mixture forms a ball.
- Divide mixture into 2 equal parts and press each part into a greased full sheet pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350¦F oven for 25 minutes. Let cool at least 2 hours before serving.
NO BAKE METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer. Using a paddle or dough hook, mix on low speed until uniform.
- Divide dough into 3 equal parts and press into 3 full sheet pans.
- Chill in a cooler for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
