Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Fudge Brownie Mix
- 3 1/2 cups Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- Place contents of can and water into suitable mixing bowl.
- Mix until all powder has been wetted. (Approximately 1/2 minute.
- Pour batter into greased and floured steam table pan (12 x 20) and bake in a convection oven at 350¦ F for 35 - 45 minutes. Conventional oven approximately 50 minutes. (A toothpick inserted will come out clean when brownies are done.)
- Slice into 1 x 2 inch pieces.
