Devils Food Lite Cake Mix

Just add water for a deliciously light and fluffy cake mix.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

1 can Gage Devils Food Lite Cake Mix
44 oz Water

Basic Recipe Directions:

Combine contents of can and water in a mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Scrape sides of bowl and mix an additional 3 minutes on low speed.
Pour into a greased and floured 18 x 26 inch steamtable pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
