Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Cookie Crumb Crust & Topping
- 1 1/2 cups Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
This product is designed for use as a cookie crumb topping or as a crust.
FOR CRUST:
- Combine 1 & 1/2 cups cold water to this can or 2 tbsp per cup of mix.
- Measure into desired pans as follows:
9 inch Pie Pan | 16 x 24 inch Sheet Pan | 18 x 26 inch Sheet Pan | 3/4 cup | 4 cups | 5 cups |
- Spread mixture evenly over interior of pan.
- Press mixture firmly into place with an empty pan of same size.
- Crust is now ready for use.
Excellent for garnishing pies & cakes, puddings, filling for coffee rolls, or anywhere a rich cookie crust or topping is desired.
