Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #10 can Gage Fruit Mate
- 48 oz Cold Water
- 2 #10 cans Fruit
Basic Recipe Directions:
NO BAKE METHOD WITH CANNED FRUIT:
- Mix contents of this can and water on slow speed until thoughoughly wetted.
- Then whip at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 #10 cans of fruit, including juice, and mix at low speed 30 seconds, scrape bowl, then mix 30 more seconds at low speed, or till well blended.
- Using a #8 scoop, portion into serving dishes, or spread mixture into 2~18x26"" sheet pans.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
NO BAKE METHOD WITH PEANUT BUTTER:
- Mix contents of this can and water on slow speed until thoughoughly wetted.
- Then whip at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 #10 can peanut butter and mix until well blended.
- Spread on 2~18 x 26 inch sheet pans.
- Chill 2 hours and serve in 3""x3"" pieces (goes great on Graham Crust!)
