Basic Recipe Ingredients: 1 #2.5 can Gage Jelly Base 6 qts Water 15 lbs Sugar Basic Recipe Directions: DIRECTIONS: Bring 6 qts water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and stir in contents of can with a wire whip, making sure all particles are dissolved. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Skim off any foam that may appear. Pour into storage container or serving dishes and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
