Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #2.5 can Gage Jelly Base
- 6 qts Water
- 15 lbs Sugar

DIRECTIONS:
- Bring 6 qts water to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in contents of can with a wire whip, making sure all particles are dissolved.
- Return to heat and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Skim off any foam that may appear.
- Pour into storage container or serving dishes and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
