A terrific add water only side dish. Instant Scalloped Potatoes come complete with thinly sliced dehydrated potatoes and a quality cheese sauce. Serve with poultry or BONUS COMMODITY HAM AND LEG ROASTS.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Instant Scalloped Potatoes
  • 4 1/4 qts Boiling Water

Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:

  1. Empty contents of this can into a shallow baking pan and thoroughly combine the potato slices with the seasoned sauce mix.
  2. Add 4 1/4 quarts of boiling water, stir to combine, making certain that the potato slices are mostly submerged.
  3. Place small pieces of butter or shortening on the surface and bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 375¦F oven.
  4. The potatoes may be served immediately.
