Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Santa Fe Dinner Kit (1 mix pouch, 2 pasta bags)
- 5 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef
- 3 1/4 qts Boiling water
- 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes or Tomato Puree
- 2 lbs Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- Combine contents of the mix pouch, tomatoes, cooked ground beef, and boiling water in full size deep steam table pan.
- Bake in a pre-heated 400¦F oven for 20-35 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
- Top with cheese and return to oven to allow cheese to melt (if desired).
- Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
