Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Whole Grain Chocolate Velvet Cake Mix
  • 5 cups Water

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350¦F.
  2. Combine cake mix with 5 1/2 cups water. Mix at low speed for 1/2 minute. Scrape down bowl and mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
  3. Pour batter into a greased and floured steam table pan(12”x20”)
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Note: Due to oven variability, it is best to perform toothpick tests throughout the baking process.
