Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 9 3/4 lbs. Raw Ground Beef
- 3 #10 cans + 1 1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 #10 cans Kidney or Pinto Beans (undrained)
- 1 bag Okmulgee Chili Mix with Soy Protein
- 3 quarts Water
Basic Recipe Directions:
STOVETOP OR STEAMKETTLE METHOD:
- Brown ground beef (drain).
- Stir in undrained Crushed Tomatoes and Kidney Beans. Add water.
- Stir in 1 bag Okmulgee Chili Mix. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve.
