DIRECTIONS:
- To use Gage Minced Onions, simply cover with cold water and let soak 20 - 30 minutes (Use 7 pints water to 1 lb Minced Onion)
Note: If milder onion flavor is desired cover with boiling water and soak only 5 minutes.
Note: No pre-soaking is required when using in cooked dishes, such as soups, stews, sauces or wherever sufficient liquid is present.
1 tablespoon is equivalent to 1 medium raw onion.
1 cup is equivalent to 4 cups raw onion.
