Sugar Free Cookie Mix - Peanut Butter

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 package Golden Choice Sugar Free Cookie Mix
• 1/2 cup (4 oz) Water

Basic Recipe Directions:

1. Empty contents of package into mixer bowl and add 4 oz. of water (1/2 cup) to mix.
2. Using paddle, mix on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Using a #40 scoop, drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. For Standard Oven: Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
   
   For Convection Oven: Bake at 325 degrees F with FAN OFF for 7 minutes; then with FAN ON bake 8 more minutes or until done.
