Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 bag Golden Choice Fruit Filling
- 5 cups Very Hot Water
- 1 bag Golden Choice Crisp Topping
Basic Recipe Directions:
- Combine contents of bag with very hot water into an appropriate sized mixing bowl and combine using a wire whip or large spoon.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to completely thicken.
- The filling is now ready to serve or be used as a baked pie filling.
Baking Directions: - Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Add contents of Fruit Topping to 6 cups hot tap water
- Mix thoroughly with a wire whip. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan and top with 1 bag Crisp Topping.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
