- 1 1/2 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef
- 3 1/2 qts Boiling Water
- 24 oz Tomato Paste
- 3/4 lbs Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:
- In a full size, 4 inch deep steam table pan, combine beef, tomato paste, contents of can, and boiling water.
- Cover pan with foil and bake in a preheated 400¦F oven for 35 minutes (check noodles for doneness).
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top; recover and allow the cheese to melt.
- Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
