Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can LunchWell Chicken Pomodoro
  • 4.5 lbs Cooked and Diced Chicken
  • 3 qts Boiling Water
  • 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes

Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:

  1. In a full size, 4 inch deep steam table pan, combine the chicken, tomatoes, contents of can, and boiling water.
  2. Cover pan with foil and bake in a preheated 400¦F oven for 35 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and gently stir; replace foil.
  4. Allow to stand 30 minutes before serving.


Yield: 30~3/4 cup (6 oz) servings.
