- 1 #10 can Gage Beef Pasta Mix
- 5 lbs Cooked Ground Beef or Beef Crumbles
- 8 fl oz Milk
- 52 fl oz Cold Water
- 16 oz Sour Cream
Basic Recipe Directions:
" - In a suitable stock pot or steamkettle, combine cold water and milk and bring to a boil.
- Add contents of can, stir, and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta reaches desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and fold in ground beef and sour cream.
- Make sure entree is still at safe serving temperature (140¦ F) before transferring to serving pans.
