Do something different! Beefy Santa Fe Pasta is a flavorful combination of ground beef, gemelli noodles and a creamy Santa Fe cheddar cheese sauce. Great as a main entree, a la carte, or as a part of you Mexican themed service stations.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Santa Fe Pasta
  • 3 qts +1 cup Boiling Water
  • 3 1/2 lbs Cooked and Drained Ground Beef or Beef Crumbles
  • 1 1/2 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes or Tomato Puree

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Combine contents of Santa Fe Pasta, tomatoes, cooked ground beef, and boiling water in full size deep steam table pan.
  2. Bake in a pre-heated 400¦F oven for 20-35 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  3. Top with cheese and return to oven to allow cheese to melt (if desired).
  4. Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

Yield: 48~3/4 cup (6 oz) servings"
