Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 #2.5 can Gage Spanish Rice Spice
- 1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz Butter or Margarine
- 9 cups Water
- 2 lbs White Rice
- 6 lbs Cooked Taco Meat
- 2 lbs Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Basic Recipe Directions:

- Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally.
- Once boiling, transfer to a steamtable pan, cover with foil, and bake in a 400¦ oven for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
