Basic Recipe Directions:
" - Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in a suitable container.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally.
- Once boiling, transfer to a steamtable pan, cover with foil, and bake in a 400¦ oven for 35 minutes or until rice is done.
- Remove foil, stir gently, and sprinkle with chips and cheese before serving.
