Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes
Basic Recipe Ingredients:
1 #10 can Gage Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes
14 cups Hot or Boiling Water
16 cups Milk
1 cup (8 oz) Butter or Margarine
Basic Recipe Directions:

In a suitable stock pot or steamkettle, combine water, milk, and butter.
Bring to a boil slowly to avoid scorching.
Pour liquid mixture and contents of can into a greased half pan. Mix well until powder is dissolved and potatoes are submerged.
Bake uncovered in a 400¦ F preheated oven for 50 minutes (top should be slightly browned).
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
