Use up excess peanut butter and build extra protein into your meals with this fun-filled, kid-friendly dessert.

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Oh My, Peanut Butter Pie
  • 2 #10 cans USDA Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 #10 can Gage Cookie Crumb Crust and Topping

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. To a large mixer, add contents of can and peanut butter and beat until mix begins to pull from the sides of the bowl.
  2. Into a shallow steam table pan, pour Gage's cookie crumbs.
  3. Using a #60 scoop, dip out balls into the crumbs and roll to coat.
  4. With gloved hands or a greased spatula, flatten balls into ""Cow Pies"".
  5. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour or overnight before serving.
