Spring Fever Cheesecake
Make a delicious and low-cost cheesecake using Spring Fever Cheesecake. Incorporate any canned, frozen, or
BONUS COMMODITY FRUIT
such as blueberries, cherries, or apricots.
Basic Recipe Ingredients:
1 #10 can Gage French Style Cheesecake Mix
4 qts Cold Milk
6 #10 cans Drained Canned Fruit
1 #10 can Gage Graham Cracker Crust
Basic Recipe Directions:
Prepare crusts in 4 steam table pans as directed on the back of the cans.
Prepare cheesecake filling (also as directed on can).
Add thoughoughly drained canned fruit and fold into cheesecake.
Divide into 4 equal parts and pour over crusts.
Cool until ready to serve.
