Make a delicious and low-cost cheesecake using Spring Fever Cheesecake. Incorporate any canned, frozen, or BONUS COMMODITY FRUIT such as blueberries, cherries, or apricots.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage French Style Cheesecake Mix
  • 4 qts Cold Milk
  • 6 #10 cans Drained Canned Fruit
  • 1 #10 can Gage Graham Cracker Crust

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Prepare crusts in 4 steam table pans as directed on the back of the cans.
  2. Prepare cheesecake filling (also as directed on can).
  3. Add thoughoughly drained canned fruit and fold into cheesecake.
  4. Divide into 4 equal parts and pour over crusts.
  5. Cool until ready to serve.
