Clear out your storage shelves in a hurry with Aloha Island Pie. This delicious dish helps you use up canned sweet potatoes, pineapples, and concentrated orange juice!

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Fruit Mate
  • 1 #10 can Gage Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 1/2 qts Very Cold Water
  • 1 #10 can Sweet Potatoes (drained)
  • 1 #10 can Crushed Pineapple Tidbits (undrained)
  • 12 oz Concentrated Orange Juice (thawed)

Basic Recipe Directions:

  1. Divide crumb mix into 2 full sheet pans and firmly press. Bake in a 350¦ F oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool to set.
  2. Prepare Fruit Mate as directed using 48 oz water.
  3. Add sweet potatoes, pineapple, and orange juice. Whip until evenly blended.
  4. Evenly divide mixture and spread into sheet pans.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve.
