  • 1 #10 can Mixed Vegetables unsalted
  • 4 lbs Cooked and Diced Chicken
  • 1 gallon plus 3 cups Boiling Water

Basic Recipe Directions:
OVEN METHOD:

  1. In a full size, 4 inch deep steam table pan, combine chicken, contents of can, mixed vegetables, and boiling water. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover pan loosely with foil and bake in a preheated 400¦F oven for 35 minutes (checking noodles for doneness).
  3. Allow to stand 30 minutes before serving. Product will thicken upon standing.
