Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Gage Coffee Cake Mix
  • 1 Cinnamon Spice Packet (in can)
  • 2 #10 cans Applesauce

Basic Recipe Directions:
"OVEN METHOD:

  1. Spray standard sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixer, combine contents of can and 15 1/2 cups applesauce.
  3. Spread batter into the greased pan, sprinkle contents of Cinnamon Sugar packet over the top, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the batter tests done with a toothpick.
  4. Heat remaining applesauce and ladle 1 1/2 tsp over each peice of cake.
