Basic Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 5 lb. bag Gage French Style Cheesecake Mix
- 5 qts Cold Milk
Basic Recipe Directions:
NO BAKE METHOD:
- Add contents of this bag to 5 qts cold milk or reconstituted USDA milk powder.
- Using wire whip, mix 3 - 4 minutes at medium speed (scrape side of mixing bowl as necessary).
- Fill mixture into pans or shells as desired.
- Spread and then refrigerate about 1 hour to set.
Note: Contents of this bag will make 16~9 inch pies or 1 1/2 to 2~18x26"" sheet pans.
Note: When spreading over cakes or dessert, using a 1/4"" topping will cover 6 sheet pans (totaling ~630 servings)
SMALLER QUANTITIES:
One 9"" pie - 5 1/2 oz. mix, 10 oz. Milk
Follow directions as stated above.
