No baking required. Just add milk and refrigerate for a high ticket item without the high ticket price.




Basic Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 5 lb. bag Gage French Style Cheesecake Mix
  • 5 qts Cold Milk

Basic Recipe Directions:
NO BAKE METHOD:

  1. Add contents of this bag to 5 qts cold milk or reconstituted USDA milk powder.
  2. Using wire whip, mix 3 - 4 minutes at medium speed (scrape side of mixing bowl as necessary).
  3. Fill mixture into pans or shells as desired.
  4. Spread and then refrigerate about 1 hour to set.

Note: Contents of this bag will make 16~9 inch pies or 1 1/2 to 2~18x26"" sheet pans.
Note: When spreading over cakes or dessert, using a 1/4"" topping will cover 6 sheet pans (totaling ~630 servings)

SMALLER QUANTITIES: One 9"" pie - 5 1/2 oz. mix, 10 oz. Milk
Follow directions as stated above.

MADE IN A FACILITY THAT ALSO PROCESSES EGGS, MILK, WHEAT AND SOY.
