Whole Grain Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

Basic Recipe Ingredients:

• 1 bag Gage Coffee Cake Mix
• 1 Cinnamon Spice Topping Packet (in mix bag)
• 5 cups Water

Basic Recipe Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375¦F.
2. Combine cake mix with 5 cups water. Mix at low speed for 1/2 minute. Scrape down bowl and mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
3. Pour batter into a greased 18”x26” full sheet pan. (For a thicker coffee cake use a greased half pan.)
4. Sprinkle approximately 1/3 of Topping Packet over batter and fold into the batter with spatula. Sprinkle remaining Topping Packet over batter and leave on top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Note: Due to oven variability, it is best to perform toothpick tests throughout the baking process.
